Continental Airlines, a major American airline is now merged with United Airlines. Since its merger, Continental Airlines changed its name to United Continental Holdings; Inc. Continental has operated to provide cheap airline tickets across all the major cities in U.S, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia- Pacific from its main hubs at Antonio, Cleveland, George Bush and Newark Liberty International airports. From Hong Kong, the airline departs from Hong Kong International Airport.
 
Continental left the SkyTeam alliance on October 24, 2009 and joined Star Alliance on October 27, 2009. Since then, the airlines along with its subsidiaries have been providing more than 2423 daily departures serving approximately 130 domestic and 132 international destinations. ‘One Pass’, the airline’s frequent flyer program rewarded regular passengers with free tickets, first class upgrades on flights, discounted membership for its airport lounge and other rewards.
