Kumbira. Also hosted in August at the Limketkai Center, Kumbira is a culinary event organised by the local restaurants in the area. Activities include cook-offs, food demonstrations and culinary shows.
Mindanao Global Peace Festival. Hosted in October, the Mindanao Global Peace Festival celebrates peace and unity among different cultures and events include a peace parade, competitions, work shops and the selection of peace ambassadors.
